All service bookings can be made online through scanyourboat.ca or via phone/email.

Booking is subject to availability, weather conditions, and geographic service coverage.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings if necessary.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service call fee.

We may cancel or postpone services due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified promptly and offered a reschedule.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept major credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and other payment methods listed on our website.

Failure to pay in full may result in refusal of future services or legal action.
5. Service Limitations

All services are performed to the best of our professional ability using industry-standard tools and methods.

We are not liable for pre-existing issues, hidden defects, or damages not visible or accessible during inspection or diagnostics.

Recommendations following inspections or scans are advisory; final decisions regarding repairs or purchases are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Liability Disclaimer

Scan Your Boat is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of your vessel, failure to follow maintenance schedules, or post-service issues unrelated to our work.

For towing and on-water services, we are not liable for environmental conditions or third-party actions beyond our control.

We carry liability insurance, but you are responsible for insuring your own vessel and property.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on scanyourboat.ca—including text, images, branding, and layout—is the property of Scan Your Boat and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
